STREETWISE AND BODY SAFE 3 HOUR WORKSHOP
This special powerful, fast-moving workshop is based on Dr. Fein’s new book, “Breaking The Intimidation Game—The Art of Self-Defense.” Self-defense training is survival training. You will learn how to prevent and if necessary counter an assault. You will be trained in both physical and psychological intimidation skills to keep attackers away. The rape-resistance strategies taught by Dr. Fein have been proven by over 35 years of research! Topics include: streetwise strategies, basic physical defense, date rape prevention strategies, and the use of non-lethal self-defense weapons. You will participate in active drills and role-playing, and practice simple, effective physical self-defense skills. Tear gas/pepper spray available in class. Dr. Fein’s new book, “Breaking the Intimidation Game—The Art of Self-Defense” will be available in class.
